Arugula Salad (Pear, Peach, Orange Guava or Strawberry Balsamic)

This simple and light but elegant salad is a wonderful complement to a hearty meal.

We use the fresh fruit to complement our fruity white balsamic vinegar flavors. The light color of the balsamic is attractive on the salad and does not overpower the fresh fruit.

Pear Arugula Salad

.As you can guess, you can substitute different fruits with the matching balsamic depending on the time of year. For example:

  • Fresh Strawberries and White Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

  • Fresh Peaches and Apricots with Peach Balsamic Vinegar

  • Fresh Mandarin Orange Slices with Orange Guava Balsamic Vinegar

  • Fresh Raspberries with Raspberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar

To make your salad simply place sliced fruit, sliced baby cucumbers, slivered almonds, and crumbled blue or gorgonzola cheese on a bed of fresh arugula.

Drizzle with matching balsamic vinegar before serving.
