We start with olives harvested in the Capay Valley region of Northern California. Our infused olive oils begin with a certified extra virgin oil. Olives are pressed on state-of-the art-equipment within hours of picking and the oil is optimally stored to ensure freshness and longevity.
Grapes from Modena, Italy for our dark and white balsamic vinegars are grown by our selected local producer and used to make their barrel aged balsamic vinegars which they ship direct to enFuso. They represent both generations of family ownership and the age-old on traditions.
