We start with olives harvested in the Capay Valley region of Northern California. Most of our olive oils are California Olive Oil Council certified. All are pressed on state-of-the art-equipment within hours of picking and then optimally stored to ensure freshness and longevity.
Grapes for our dark and white balsamic vinegar reductions are harvested, pressed, and aged by local agricultural farmers in Modena, Italy. We flavor our balsamic vinegars with real ingredients: "anything that came from the earth." We are committed to freshness and quality.
