We currently offer a small but growing list of pantry items in addition to our large selection of balsamic vinegars and California olive oils:
California Olives: Our new olive line includes our dry cured and mission olives. We have added a marinated olive we think will bring down the house.
Dirty Martini Mix: Sourcing top notch long cured olives gives us access to the base for our martini mix. It has so much olive intensity and brininess, we really should call it “filthy”. Start small for a dirty result, but once you get used to it, don’t be afraid to splurge and go all the way to filthy.
Olive Oil Baked Granola: We have crafted an all-natural, high performance artisan granola baked with our 100% extra virgin olive oil; the perfect topping for your yogurts or desserts, and a great snack if you're on the go.
Wine Vinegar: We discovered a love for well made wine vinegar. We started with one made from California grapes typical of the Champagne region of France and then added one from lambrusco grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy.

These olives are dry salt cured for over six weeks in golden sunshine and finished in olive oil for flavor & sheen.
They are a mix of whole olives and olive pieces.
Use these intense flavor bombs to add rich earthy flavor to recipes or to liven up a condiment tray.
(Note: We have found an occasional seed in these so if the olives looks whole, bite with caution!)
