We can’t decide if this is a hot sauce, condiment, drizzler or dressing. It has so much going on; sweet tropical mango, spicy smoky habanero, tangy acidic sweet and sour balsamic all combined in one huge orchestral symphony of flavor. It is definately not a one note wonder. The habanero brings on the heat, but with all of the flavor complexity, it is a major theme but not the only one. We have tried this is so many ways and it never ceases to amaze us. Just add a few drops of ketchup for great steak sauce, a little soy sauce and you have the perfect dumpling dipper, drizzle into your ramen get that sweet & spicy tang in your broth, or stir a few drops into hummus for a whole new dip. Of course it loves cheese so go ahead and add it to your charcuterie board. We have more fun recipes to share but we think this bottle will soon be a staple on the table.
