Smoky Sun Dried Tomato Hummus (Smoked and Lemon Olive Oil)

This quick and easy recipe came from our daughter, Taryn. She is an amazing cook and into super healthy foods.

What you will need:

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 1 tablespoon of tahini

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1-3 teaspoons of equal parts lemon olive oil and smoked olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3-4 sun dried tomatoes

Place everything in a food processor and mix.

Enjoy with crackers, bread, pita chips, veggies, and more!
