Olives - Orchard Blend of California Mission and Kalamata

An orchard blend of different sized California giant mission olives and Kalamat olives are salt-cured for 10 months to a year to produce a rich tasting olive with creamy texture and no chemical after taste.

We place these olives in our trademark brine based on hand-crafted California champagne vineger, garlic, and just the right amount of kosher salt. Our brine pulls the salt from the olive creating a perfect balance of refreshing single-varietal vinegar and salty briny olive.

We add additional hot peppers, ginger, and flavorful cassia leaves for extra character and visual appeal.

We love how these olives burst with flavor, are creamy and al-dente to the tooth on first bite, and how the fruit of the olives falls away from the pit when you eat them. The vinegar has a refreshing finish on your palate with only the reminiscence of olive after a few seconds and leaving you ready for just one more!

Ingredients: Whole olives (mission and kalamata), distilled water, champagne vinegar, jalapeno peppers, cassia leaves, ginger, garlic, kosher salt.
