Dipping Oil - Vindaloo Curry

Vindaloo is a curry dish originating from the Goa region in India. The unique spices used in this dish have been brought together in this flavorful and spicy dipping oil. We add garlic and jalapeno with a hint of mandarin orange to the olive oil and then some dried parsley for additional color and balance. 

What a burst of flavor! We love this with fresh Indian naan bread, hearty grains like wheat berry, and over baked veggies like cauliflower and broccolini.

Pairs well with our Fig, Plum or  Mango,  Balsamic Vinegars.

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, vindaloo curry spice (turmeric, Saigon cinnamon, garlic, fenugreek, salt, brown mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, tine, cayenne, cardamom, black pepper, cloves), parsley, jalapeno peppers, garlic and mandarin essential oils.
