California Olive Oils: FLAVORED Cold Pressed
California olives are cold pressed within hours of picking with fresh tree-ripened citrus or peppers. Though you cannot call it “extra virgin” because of the addition of the fruit at the time of pressing, the process is exactly the same as the highest quality extra virgin olive oils. Our citrus oils are fresh and fruity with a zesty tartness. These make great salad dressings and are excellent flavoring oils for pastas, poultry, vegetables, and even some unique desserts. Our jalapeno oils have both heat and the rich flavor of the pepper in a variety of combinations to satisfy all heat lovers.
