Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegars: White & Dark
We import our own traditional white and dark balsamic bases direct from the original family-owned manufacturer located in the Modena region of Italy. They are manufactured by combining the highest concentration of cooked grape must with quality wine vinegar producing a full flavor from the sweet grapes and wonderful viscosity. We produce everything in at our facility in Southern California in small batches (around 10 liters) for perfect blending and freshness. We craft all of our own balsamic vinegar recipes by seeking out true and flavorful ingredients that are "real", never any artificial or lab-created natural flavorings.
